采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(AAS)法测定纯铼中痕量元素钠。对仪器工作条件如光谱通带、灯电流、乙炔流量进行了分析,优化了原子吸收测量条件。Na的质量分数在0.0001%~0.001%范围内与吸光度彳线性关系良好,线性方程为A=176.1c+0.004,相关系数,r=0.9997,方法检出限为0.0014μg/mL。钠测量结果的相对标准偏差不大于7.29%(n=8),回收率为93.3%-107.4%。该法操作简便、分析时间短、干扰少。  相似文献

建立ICP–AES法测定铍钴铜合金中主量元素铍、钴含量的方法。将试样用硝酸、盐酸溶解,在钇内标存在的情况下以等离子体光源激发,并分别选择分析谱线Be 313.1 nm,Co 228.6 nm进行光谱测定。铍、钴含量在0~5%范围内与光谱强度线性相关,铍、钴两元素线性相关系数分别为0.999 18,0.999 91;检出限分别为0.000 12%,0.001 1%;测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.25%~4.59%;回收率在96%~102%之间。该方法操作简单实用,可同时测定铍、钴两元素,测定结果准确可靠。  相似文献

We consider the influence of additional carrier confinement, achieved by application of strong perpendicular magnetic field, on inter Landau levels electron relaxation rates and the optical gain, of two different GaAs quantum cascade laser structures operating in the terahertz spectral range. Breaking of the in-plane energy dispersion and the formation of discrete energy levels is an efficient mechanism for eventual quenching of optical phonon emission and obtaining very long electronic lifetime in the relevant laser state. We employ our detailed model for calculating the electron relaxation rates (due to interface roughness and electron–longitudinal optical phonon scattering), and solve a full set of rate equations to evaluate the carrier distribution over Landau levels. The numerical simulations are performed for three- and four-well (per period) based structures that operate at 3.9 THz and 1.9 THz, respectively, both implemented in GaAs/Al0.15Ga0.85As. Numerical results are presented for magnetic field values from 1.5 T up to 20 T, while the band nonparabolicity is accounted for.  相似文献

在超高速磨损试验器上开展刷式密封磨损试验,摩擦副为GH5605钴基高温合金刷丝束和喷涂碳化铬耐磨涂层的跑道试样,最高摩擦线速度达到400 m/s. 利用扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了摩擦表面的磨损形貌及材料成分,发现试验后的碳化铬涂层存在材料剥落和刷丝材料附着,刷丝尖端出现以犁沟和涂抹为主要特征的磨损,且摩擦线速度达到400 m/s时出现刷丝尖端粘连和严重氧化现象. 通过分析刷丝尖端磨损形貌的形成机制及摩擦表面的材料转移机理,认为刷丝尖端的主要磨损机制为二体磨粒磨损,而涂层的材料剥落现象会加剧其对刷丝的磨粒磨损作用. 使用共聚焦显微镜测量了磨痕深度,并与转子离心涨大变形量进行对比分析,分析结果表明超高线速度条件下转子的离心涨大增加了刷丝束和跑道涂层间的干涉,显著加剧了摩擦副的磨损.   相似文献

A general model for nano-cantilever switches with consideration of surface stress, nonlinear curvature, the location and length of the fixed electrode is developed. Some representative cantilever switch architectures are incorporated into this model. The governing equation is derived by using Hamilton principal and solved numerical. Results show that the influence of nonlinear curvature and surface effect on the pull-in instability and free vibration is significant for a switch with a large gap-length ratio and a short fixed electrode (the length of the fixed electrode is smaller than that of the cantilever nanobeam). The length and position of the fixed electrode have a significant effect on the pull-in parameters.  相似文献

The exciton states in a CdTe quantum ring subjected to an external magnetic field containing a single magnetic impurity are investigated. We have used the multiband approximation which includes the heavy hole–light hole coupling effects. The electron–hole spin interactions and the s, p–d interactions between the electron, the hole and the magnetic impurity are also included. The exciton energy levels and optical transitions are evaluated using the exact diagonalization scheme. We show that due to the spin interactions it is possible to change the bright exciton state into the dark state and vice versa with the help of a magnetic field. We propose a new route to experimentally estimate the s, p–d spin interaction constants.  相似文献

We theoretically studied the spontaneous spin polarization properties of organic molecule rubrene by using density functional theory calculations. Our investigations show that normally nonmagnetic molecule rubrene could be spin polarized by spinless-hole injection. Magnetic moment of the molecule increases linearly with the extra hole charge amount only when the injected hole charges reach a certain value. The spin density resides predominantly on the carbon atoms in the tetracene backbone of rubrene molecule and also the bond lengths change differently due to the injected charge. Spontaneous spin polarization can be explained as the preferably filling of the spin-splitted carbon pz orbitals near the Fermi energy for the injected charge.  相似文献

The dynamics and instability of current-carrying slender microbeams immersed in a longitudinal magnetic field is investigated by considering the material length scale effect of the microbeam. On the basis of modified couple stress theory, a theoretical model considering the effect of Lorentz forces is developed to analyze the free vibration and possible instability of the microbeam. Using the differential quadrature method, the governing equations of motion are solved and the lowest three natural frequencies are determined. The obtained results reveal that the electric current and the longitudinal magnetic field tend to reduce the microbeam's flexural stiffness. It is therefore shown that the lowest natural frequencies would decrease with increasing magnetic field parameter. The mode shapes of the microbeam are found to be generally three-dimensional spatial in the presence of the longitudinal magnetic field. It is interesting that buckling instability would concurrently occur in the first mode or in the higher-order modes when the magnetic field parameter becomes sufficiently large.  相似文献

The influence of Ar/O2 plasma activation and chromic acid etching of polycarbonate (PC) surface on the adhesion of coating to substrate was systematically studied by cross‐cut and tape peel methods through temperature‐shock aging tests. The differences between the wettabilities and elemental compositions of plasma‐treated and chromic acid‐treated PC surfaces prior to coating deposition were evaluated by contact angle measurements and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. To elucidate the adhesion failure of the coatings, nanoindentation technique was employed for the quantitative assessment of the nanomechanical changes of coating depositions on PCs after temperature‐shock aging tests. The two surface treatments can significantly improve the hydrophilicity and polarity of the PC surface, resulting in excellent adhesion of the coating on the PC substrate. Temperature‐shock aging tests reveal that the adhesion of coating on plasma‐modified substrates is superior to that of chromic acid‐etched substrates. We propose that the improved adhesion of the coating on the plasma‐modified PC can be attributed to the higher wettability and more cross‐linking of C–O–Si bonds at the coating–substrate interface. 合成了2种新的Co(Ⅱ)的配合物{[Co(L1)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2·4H2O}n(1)和{[Co(L2)2(H2O)4](ClO4)2·8H2O·L2}n(2)(L1=1,1'-(4,4'-二亚甲基联苯)二(1-吡啶鎓-3-羧酸盐),L2=1,1'-(4,4'-二亚甲基联苯)二(1-吡啶鎓-4-羧酸盐)),并且分别用红外光谱、热差分析、X射线粉末衍射和X射线单晶衍射表征了这两种化合物。晶体结构分析表明L1,L2,12分别属于P21/c,P21/c,P1P1空间群。化合物1为二维的配位聚合物,2为单核配合物。二者的晶体结构都含有大量的氢键作用或者配位键形成的孔状结构。此外,磁性研究表明,12中都存在反铁磁性相互作用。  相似文献
